Cancellation Policy & Returns | Greek products

CANCELLING AN ORDER:

Cancellation is possible within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Orders that have been dispatched, cannot be cancelled.

 

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to info@yourpieceofgreece.com with the title “Cancellation of order”, mentioning your order number. Yourpieceofgreece will get back to you with a confirmation once the order has been successfully cancelled. If you have already been charged for your order, you will receive a refund within 7-10 business days upon confirmation of the cancellation.

 

RETURNS:

If for some reason you have changed your mind on your order through our e-shop, you can return it to us within 7 days since the day of delivery. In such case, please send us an email mentioning your order number and the item(s) that you wish to return. We will get back to you with the confirmation of your return request via email as soon as possible.

 

Kindly take your package to the shipping company of your choice. Postal expenses are covered by the customer and will not be refunded by us. As soon as we have received your package, we will process the return within 14 days. Of course the product that you return should be unused, in its original state and in the original packaging. All returns to be sent in the below address:

As soon as your return is received you will receive a confirmation mail from us. The returned item(s) will then be processed. The purchase amount will be returned to your account within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment. This return will be done with the same payment method that you used to pay your order. Refunds will be done only for the amount paid for the product(s) returned, excluding the shipping costs.

 

It is advised to keep your proof of postage until the refund process has been completed. If the return shipment gets lost in transit, we will not refund the postal expenses or the cost of the included items. In the event of lost shipment, please contact your shipping company you’re your proof of postage.
